Ruben's chimichuri
Step 1
Press some of the parsely into the blender.
Srart the blender.
Add more parsely to the blender, until all your parsely is chopped, then pour into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut peppers into semi large pieces and put in the blender.
Step 3
Add garlic.
Step 4
Start blender and add oil while blender is running.
Step 5
Add vinegar.
Step 6
Add blended mixture to the rest of the parsely and mix well.
Step 7
Almost ready....
Add salt and pepper.
Taste and add oil or vinegar as needed.
Ready!
Chimichuri Chicken
Cover chicken in chimichuri, put in the fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Bake in the oven or cook on the grill.
Use Chimichuri...
as sauce for beef steak, to bake potatos and vegetables, or in sandwiches.

This recipe doesn't specify quantities. If you follow the pictures you will get the general idea, but you need to try until you get the taste and consistency you like.
Keep adding garlic, oil, vinegar and salt & pepper until you reach the taste and consistency you like.
